"We stayed at Winlord Place for four months and felt very comfortable. The landlords are really courteous and kind. The house is perfect for UOIT, Durham College or CultureWorks students because it is within walking distance to the campus (10 minutes). We stayed in the basement bedroom with a separate bathroom. The room is big enough for a couple and well appointed. The living room and the kitchen are roomy and a nice place to spend time. We absolutely can recommend living here, we had a great time."

Deck off the kitchen is a great place to get some sun and fresh air while relaxing with friends.

4 Washrooms Powder Room on main floor, 2nd floor washroom shared by 2 people, master bedroom has its own private washroom, basement has its own washroom with shower.
