"We stayed at Winlord Place for four months and felt very comfortable. The landlords are really courteous and kind. The house is perfect for UOIT, Durham College or CultureWorks students because it is within walking distance to the campus (10 minutes). We stayed in the basement bedroom with a separate bathroom. The room is big enough for a couple and well appointed. The living room and the kitchen are roomy and a nice place to spend time. We absolutely can recommend living here, we had a great time."

The house has many beautiful shared spaces that are clean, comfortable and fully furnished.

Family Room off the kitchen has a HDTV with a couch, love seat and chair to kick back and relax with friends and housemates.

Dining Room is a well lit space with a large sturdy table and 6 chairs great for study groups.

Living Room has a small sofa and chair.

Kitchen is clean and fully equipped with two full size fridges, stove, dishwasher, microwave, pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, toaster, kettle, rice cooker, a coffee maker and other appliances.
