The house has many shared spaces that are clean, functional and fully furnished.  You enjoy the entire house.  No rooms are locked out, restricted or blocked off.


Deck and Patio off the kitchen is a great place to get some sun and fresh air while relaxing with friends. 

Laundry Room is on the 2nd floor. Complete with washing machine and dryer.

Dining Room is a well lit space with a large sturdy table and 6 chairs great for study groups. 

Living Room has a small sofa and chair.

Family Room off the kitchen has an HDTV with a couch, love seat and chair to kick back and relax with friends and housemates.

4 Washrooms Powder Room on main floor, 2nd floor washroom shared by 2 people, master bedroom has its own private washroom, basement has its own washroom with shower.
